This blog is for stories from VK Urban Farms. We are a small family farm on six city lots on the west side of Chicago. We use no chemicals or corporate fertilizer. All of our animals are free range, and their care never involves machinery. VK Urban Farms strives to use local, organic and sustainable resources to provide quality foods with a vision for a healthier tomorrow.
